Greg is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, B.A., 1998 and J.D., 2001, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for the Study of Family Law. Greg also attended Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, England, in 1999. Greg is admitted to practice law before all state and federal district courts in Oklahoma, the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and the United State Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Greg is a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Legal Fraternity; American Bar Association (Family Law Litigation, Litigation Committee on Trial Practice, and Consumer and Personal Rights Litigation Sections); Oklahoma County Bar Association; and Association of Trial Lawyers of America (Business Torts, Litigation and Family Law Sections). Greg was selected and serves as a co-editor of the Oklahoma Family Law Journal and Oklahoma Family Law Practice Manual. Greg is a Fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation, and an active member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court where he serves as the Mentoring Committee Coordinator. In 2005, Greg received the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court President's Award. Matthew Eckstein is an experienced trial lawyer with a vast amount of courtroom experience. Matthew’s practice encompasses family law, a broad range of civil litigation, representation of business entities, including general litigation, contract disputes, forming business entities such as corporations and limited liability companies, real property litigation, personal injury and workers’ compensation. He also has experience in wrongful death cases, juvenile law, sexual harassment, complex litigation, DUI and other criminal matters. Do you have questions about your situation?
